Wouter Peeters has been working for the LEADER managing authority in Flanders, Belgium since 2018. In that capacity he was involved in the implementation of the previous CAP period and the design of CAP 2023-2027. He is particularly interested in the way LEADER contributes to sustainable and regional development.
