Rita Triinu Peussa has been managing the local leader action group at Raplamaa Partnership since 2020, but her involvement goes way back to when it was first created.
Before this role, she has worked in two different municipalities in Rapla County, focusing on culture, sports, education, youth work and public relations. This experience has given her a deep understanding of her region, including the various organizations and companies here.
By living in the countryside, she truly understands the importance of supporting rural life.
From July 2023, she is also the president of the Estonian LEADER Union.
