Alistair Prior is a policy analyst with the CAP Implementation Contact Point, part of the EU CAP Network. He brings over 20 years experience in Government leading on policy across the agri-rural arena, including oversight of the Scottish LEADER programme; establishing the Scottish Rural Network, the Rural Innovation Support Service and driving the establishment of the Scottish Rural Parliament. Alistair is currently a board member of Scottish Rural Action and Chair of Angus Rural Partnership.
