Vincent Rousval, Agricultural engineer by training, I work in the higher education department for of the french erasmus+ agency in Bordeaux. I have previously carried out a number of missions for the French Ministry of Agriculture, including teaching economics and local development in an agricultural high school, leading university training courses on energy/climate issues, and working as a national referent for international cooperation projects.
