Quentin Legouy. Elected local representative in charge of European affairs at the Controis-en-Sologne (Loir-et-Cher), Quentin Legouy is Vice-President of the Pays de la Vallée du Cher et du Romorantinais. As a member of the European Commission of the Association of Mayors of France, he is a member of the European Committee of the Regions as a young elected official. He was a visiting scholar at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Affairs in Washington, DC, last autumn, and is now an expert at Leader France and a doctoral student at the University on the Leader program.
