David Armellini is head of rural projects at the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion, and in particular in charge of France’s ruralities plan and how it fits between different ministries. I was previously Coordinator of the French rural network in connection with the Leader, PEI/AKIS territories, regional rural networks with a particular interest due to my professional experience in the issues of cross-referencing European funds available to local development actors.
