Adrien Licha is Coordinator of the Secretariat at ALDA, the European Association for Local Democracy. Fully convinced that sustainable development has to be reached at the local level, he has been a local government advocate since 2012, both in his professional and private life. In previous positions he had the chance to work along many local governments from the Middle East and Western Asia, as well as with European national associations involved in decentralized cooperation. Involved in many ways in the international municipal movement, he is happy to contribute to help local democracy saving democracy.
