Until then, this online forum was created for you to connect with other participant(s), disseminate your project ideas and find the right partner for your project. You can use the various sections below to introduce yourself, pitch your project, or discuss your ideas

OPEN project call for Innovative Smart Solutions for Rural Areas

Quote

Dear LAG representatives!

We are looking for LAGs that are highly motivated to implement innovative and smart solutions in their areas!

There is an interesting and very practical project call open to design and implement smart solutions in rural areas. Please see Futural project call https://futural-project.eu/futural-open-call/

ELARD partner Deep Blue SRL from Italy is preparing the proposal and would like to engage 1-2 LAGs as project partners to the proposal whose main role will be testing and using these smart solutions in their rural communities. Unfortunately only 1-2 LAGs can be included as partners due to the rules of the CALL (2-4 partners per project). If there is bigger interest we can include more LAGs through capacity building and dissemination activities.

The topics that are considered for the proposal are:

  • Resilience to shocks
  • Climate Adaptation and Mitigation

If you are interested in participating in this proposal please get back to me ASAP, but latest by 26th of August sending an e-mail to kristiina.tammets@elard.eu

PS! Please add short description (max 10 sentences) what is the motivation of the LAG to implement innovative and smart solutions and how this is connected to their LDS.

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi Kristiina

We are very interested in this "resilience to shocks". We are starting our own preparation-project and have already been exchancing ideas locally and transnationally.

Smart solutions is one of our LDS´ (look https://kantriry.fi/leader-kantri-in-english/) cross-cutting themes, and we have already fair bit of experience, having managed ourselves, and financed other actors, several Smart villages - projects. We are also a founding member of Smart Villages Network (https://www.smart-village-network.eu/).

Looking forward hearing from you!
